Your role will also be to support young people come to terms with, and move on from, their varying emotional, behavioural and often mental health issues. If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience (at a senior level) within a children’s residential setting, coupled with Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards it), then you're exactly who we're looking for. We provide excellent training and CPD opportunities, including the chance to achieve Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services, Level 2 Certificate in Child & Adolescent Mental Health, and Positive Behaviour Support Courses Level 1 or 2 as a minimum.
